*We accept exchange or return within 5 working days (from the date of delivery)only if any damage or wrong product is delivered . If 5 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, we cannot offer you an exchange unfortunately.
*Please note, we’ll be unable to process an exchange for sarees once the saree falls and edges have been stitched and the blouse cut .
*Provide us with an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect along with the price tag.
*Once we receive the product will confirm the issue and send the replacement.
*We strictly don't accept exchange for colour difference or material feel.
*Sri Baba Handlooms reserves the right to refuse a return / exchange if found not valid , in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you via whatsapp or via a phone call.
*Exchange Saree shipping – Once we confirm the acceptance of Exchange, kindly ship the product back to the following address

*We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.
*You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*For international orders i.e for products shipped to destinations outside India, we are unable to accept any exchange or cancellation requests.

Sri Baba Handlooms cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care.
All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for Exchange.
